Drove 10 hours to this hotel and went to bed. Was woken by an itching feeling on my right upper arm, neck and head. I got up and turned on the light to find bed bugs on the bed and my pillow. I notified the front desk and they moved me to another room. Couldn’t sleep due to being paranoid there could be some in that room. I do have to say the staff and management were great. The general manager comped my stay.

Petty Check In Policy

My company uses this property almost exclusively in Victoria TX but were turned away when we arrived at 12pm unless we wanted to pay $45 each to check in early. Very disappointed in this petty money grab from loyal customers.

Nice rooms but the pool was unusable due to other guests not properly watching their children. Kids were jumping off the rails and hot tub, splashing other guests and screaming. One hot tub was broken and had old stagnant water in it. Kids were still playing in this hot tub then getting back in the pool. No alcohol allowed in the pool was a disappointment as well. Consider having adult swim and allow alcohol.

The staff was amazing, I cannot remember the last time I had customer service that was excellent. I would like to acknowledge Eva, Christian, Melissa and Alex! The property was clean, the rooms were very nice.I liked the bar area. I did not use the pool but it looked very clean. Great place to stay!

The hotel is in semi-good condition. Needs some renovations, elevator trouble, one of the jacuzzis was not working, I guess I expected more for the price. Otherwise, the stay was OK.
