It's okay for an overnight which is what I am spending. So far so good. The front desk attendant was super nice but couldn't get us a king bed because we booked through I understand that though.

We stayed 2 nights. Great location at intersection of bypass and Navarro avenue. Easy access to downtown as well as route 59 nearby. Nice neighborhood as well. Rooms are typical Fairfield Inn - staff was good - friendly and positive support.

We stayed for 3 nights recently , I arrived and realized I had only booked one room ,I needed 2 rooms and the manager was very helpful and was able to set me up for two rooms right away. I checked in and left to go meet family , we were not coming back until late that night and I realized I should have gone upstairs and turned the AC on to have a cooled room when we got back. I called and asked the manager if they could please go turn down AC in rooms , he said he would do it right away and was there anything else he could help with! The rooms were clean and comfortable , it was a great location right in front of the mall and several restaurants right next door. The service was excellent, they have an awesome staff !

I booked this room last minute to accommodate out of state family coming to my grand daughters birthday. The staff were incredible. The breakfast staff. Front desk. Housekeeping all were so sweet to a family of three adults and 4 little boisterous girls! The indoor pool was awesome. No hot tub but gym and breakfast area and food options were some of the best I've ever had! We will be back.

The front desk staff was absolutely delightful. The hotel grounds as well as the room was very clean. The bed was super super comfy. The breakfast is served in the morning is your basic breakfast but was a decent variety of things. I definitely will plan my stay back to this hotel

the manager was very courteous. he attended to our needs right away. We had breakfast and it was very good. Breakfast attendant was super nice and helped with us with our trays and finding items on their menu. We had a very nice stay.

The hotel is on the main strip and within walking distance of restaurants and the Victoria Mall. Very nice heated pool for a winter trip. Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I don't understand why this hotel is ranked so low for hotels in Victoria. This is a very nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. All areas observed were clean and well cared for. Our room was spacious, although we did miss a luggage rack to lay our suitcase on. We did not use the pool but observed it was on the small side and there is no hot tub. The breakfast was excellent with hot and cold options. The high point was the breakfast hostess. She is a jewel who goes above and beyond the call of duty. She even came in early one morning to make sure a family got breakfast before an early check out. She will do whatever she can to get you what you want. The only down side to this hotel is access. There is one drive in and out on a busy highway. Some times you need to drive in circles to get in or out of the parking area. I will return to this hotel the next time we are staying in the area. They have a competitive rate and are worth the difficulty of getting in and out. I would highly recommend!

Do you appreciate a hotel with staff that are happy, kind and caring? This is the place! Besides the staff the room was quiet, clean, and simply furnished. Everything worked! The coffee and cookies were a sweet evening treat and the breakfast nicely laid out...we happened to visit on Haloween so an angel served us. For you shoppers, this hotel is in close walking distance to the Victoria Mall.

We always like to choose Marriott hotels for our holidays. This time we decided to spend Memorial day weekend near seaside and choose Fairfield Inn&Suites at Victoria. It has good location and very easy to find (though have in mind that Victoria is quite small town and most places of interest are 15-20 minutes from hotel). Front desk manager was very nice and provided all information needed. We had regular king size room, it wasn't very big, but we have all we need here: fridge, microwave, coffee maker and TV. Air conditioning was working properly and room smelled fresh when we arrived. Bed sheets and towels were clean, and all room was clean too. The mattress was comfortable and I slept almost like home. The room was located in the front side of the building (2nd floor), so you can hear some noise from the busy road, but it wasn't the problem after you close nigh curtains. Actually we could here a bit of noise from upper floor when children were running around the place (it looks like families love this place and girls' softball team was staying there for the weekend too). Anyway it didn't disturb our rest and place was quiet at nigh. Room service was good and cleaning ladies were friendly and nice. I used the fitness room, it's good to keep in you in shape even if you are on holidays. The hotel has heated indoor pool too, though I didn't use it because I don't like smell of chlorine they have in indoor pools. The breakfast here is complementary. I love that they have waffle makers in every Fairfied (actually it inspired me to get flip waffle maker too). The choice is OK here, I think it's right enough for good breakfast. Maybe I missed some baked potatoes like they had in other Fairfields I visited, because here weekend menu was the same. I have secret wish that they will start serving hash brownies for breakfast in Fairfields too. One thing I didn't like about the breakfast - the fruit cocktail had ''funny'' taste and wasn't very appealing to me. They serving breakfast 6:30-9:30 (at weekends 7:00-10:00), but you can have coffee and other hot beverages 24/7. Also hotel have ''mini market'' where you can get some snacks and ice cream, and travel essentials. If you don't like the breakfast or just want something different there are Denny's and IHOP (and some other places) at walking distance from hotel. Plus there is a Victoria Mall literally 5 minutes away. They offering you mobile checkout so you don't even need to stop at front desk, when leaving, just wave for goodbye :) . I liked the hotel and would definitely recommend it.
