Tracey was a very responsive and hospitable host. The house was clean, comfortable, and centrally located with easy access to everything. We felt very comfortable and safe during our stay and slept very well in the beds. Thoughtful touches were provided, including a fully stocked coffee bar, cookies, freshly squeezed lemonade, oranges, and eggs.

The house is set up for little ones and big ones. It was almost sad to leave the house and go out and about because it was so thoughtfully furnished and laid out. They are in the middle of remodeling and it is beautiful. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Exactly what we were hoping for! Coffee bar was perfect!

We have stayed in multiple VRBO properties and this house and owner provided one of the best experiences that we’ve had. Clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. Loved the coffee station! Bedrooms were very comfortable and bathrooms nice as well. They really have put a lot of effort into making it a top notch rental.

We had a wonderful few days in Victoria. The house was clean. We loved the coffee station. The pool was inviting as it was in the 90's while we were there. We would stay again at this house. We would recommend this house for a family stay in Victoria.

We stayed here for a friend’s wedding and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The place was clean, comfortable, and the pool was such an amazing bonus—it made our stay feel extra special. Warm and welcoming

We travel a lot and stay in many different places. This was by far one of the best. We felt very much at home. The home was not just beautiful but warm and welcoming. Our kids ages 29, 23, 17 & 11 all loved this trip but said over and over that out of everywhere we have ever stayed they liked this the best because it felt like home. This will be our pick to stay in every time we visit Victoria from now on.

Lovely House!

Tracy and Paul have put so much into making their home the best experience for their guest and it shows in every little detail. The communication was great, check in was a breeze, and the house was very clean. There were cookies and freshly made fruit punch waiting for us. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds were so incredibly comfortable. The coffee bar had so many options including an espresso maker. The pool was so nice and the slide was a big hit! We can’t wait to come back. Thank you Tracy and Paul!

We needed a place to stay for a weekend that had a pool for the kids and enough room for a family pizza night, and beds/baths for 6. It was a good fit. Yard needed work but rain was postponing it. The pool with a slide was great. The game room was tiny but the kids loved it and wouldn’t allow adults across threshold. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were sufficient. I felt comfortable walking around neighborhood with my grandkids.

Wonderful place to stay

Checking in and out a breeze. We are not computer people so when every thing is done through apps or web sites makes it tougher but worth it. The Home was clean, well maintained, and had all comforts of home. Pool was well maintained. location to our hunting area was great. Found everything in working order. Brownies that were on the table was nice to see and tasted great. Would deffently stay here again if ever in the area.

Great base to explore from

The house is exactly as described in the listing, and is probably the best stocked house we've rented. The kitchen is ready to be used, with the utensils and cookware you need for day to day. The house is nicely decorated and comfortable. The wifi is very fast. Theres just really no downside to the house. The owners obviously work hard to be good hosts, and are very quick to respond to communications. And Victoria is the perfect location, equidistant from houston, corpus christi and san antonio. Be sure to take a day or two to check or Victoria itself though. Its worth it.And be sure to eat at Fossati's!!!

Weekend stay (softball tournament)

Love all the extra touches in this house. The host left us brownies and fresh made lemonade. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful backyard to relax and enjoy. It’s the perfect oasis after a long day out at the softball fields. The house is immaculately clean and beautifully furnished with wood furniture made by the owner. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are very spacious.

Wonderful place to stay in Victoria

Tracy and Paul are excellent hosts! Very attentive and helpful. Property is perfect for 4-6 people with a nice yard to relax in with a pool if the weather allows. The place is clean and comfortable and it feels like home while you’re there. Nice location near Victoria mall, walmart and anything else you might need.
