Me gustaría que hubiera más mantenimiento a los aires acondicionados, a pesar de que puse la temperatura mínima casi no se sentía en la habitación (si, estaba en modo cold), no hay espejo de cuerpo completo y creo que es necesario, también no pude hacer uso de mi desayuno que adquirí al reservar porque salí 7:00 am a una junta laboral, el buffet se instala 7:30 y abre a las 8:00 am, desperdicié efectivo en ese servicio, en otros hoteles desde las 6 am este ya está instalándose.

El bufete es muy básico y tardadompara que lo sirvan de sabor está bien pero sin mucha presentación y el lobby se ve sucio y descuidado manchas en los sillones cojines viejos para ser la 1ra impresión decepciona, ves el lobby y esperas que no te den la habitación igual de vieja y sucia, en la alberca las regaderas están picadas no sale bien el agua y sería bueno pintura en estás áreas, tiene una cascada que no encienden ahh y no hay salvavidas cerca por si alguien se está ahogando ya que una parte de la alberca es de 2mts y solo hay unos carteles llegando por la puerta del 1er piso. La atención de recepción y las chicas que hacen la habitación 10 de 10.

El hotel está decente solo que hace falta mantenimiento al elevador y a la alberca ya que le falta mucho azulejo y no había abasto de toallas por lo que tuvimos que caminar por los pasillos mojados hasta la habitación. El desayuno está rico y los meseros muy amables y atentos.
