Front desk don’t know their own policies. I was informed that my wife was able to get a key of the room before I arrived to the hotel ( since my flight was delayed and she arrived before I did) with a copy of my ID but when she arrived they told her no
They were painting the building and they splashed my car with paint.
Shower enclosure leaks water all over the room
Internet at room doesn’t work so I wasn’t able to use TV (Netflix, utube, etc). When I reported it they didn’t care
I found a few roaches in the bathroom
Ignacio (don’t know his role at the hotel) has no education whatsoever interrupts conversations and has very poor customer service skills
I can keep going but I don’t think it’s going to make a difference.
I stayed at your hotel twice a year (I visit from US) but it’s time for me to start looking for a new place to stay next time I’ll visit Boca del Rio
Kudos to the bellboys. They are the only ones with great customer service skills!
