The location is perfect if you don't have to go to the downtown. Shopping mall included, restaurants and boutiques.

Great location with a great selection of restaurants and nightlife nearby

I've stayed at this hotel several times over the last 5 years and sad to say that the quailty and appearance of the premises has diminished significantly over the years. The air conditioning unit in the room was extremely loud, even in the low setting, and interfeared with getting a comfortable night's sleep. The bathroom was weathered and dirty. We experienced a problem upon checking out, evidently the valet parking staff misplaced a copy of the receipt that confirmed they parked our car in their garage. It was a big inconvenience for us to prove they did in fact had our car as we were trying to get to the air port that morning. The biggest disappointment was they made me pay an extra fee to accomodate one of my adult family members after having already paid for two rooms via your site. Something I had never had to do in my previous stays. Therefore, I do not intend on staying at plaza galeria in my future trips to Veracruz.

This is not the first time I am staying at the Galleria Plaza and they always treat me well. The staff (from the reception to the cleaning lady) is always ready to help in an educated and efficient manner. I was sorry to see a decrease in the number of guests and I hope it is just a seasonal variation

Great location for hotel. You have to walk through the mall to get to your hotel. Everything you need is walking distance. Did not have a opportunity to check out the amenities.

I had planned on going to see the Carnaval, but changed my mind as didn't feel safe in my room. The room service staff kept trying to barge in my room, but i had the security ladge in place. I opened the door and a couple of room service (males) staff came by and counting & refilled the small bar. Later they came back and rechecked the bar and demanded payment. I only had a few Mexican coins so couldn't pay for it all. One of the men then had all the food & drinks removed as a result. He didn't believe me when said that would pay for it all the next morning during checkout. At about 5 pm, someone tried to barge into my room again, but was unable to due to the security ladge. I responded but whoever it was closed the door very rapidly. I remained in my room the rest of my stay as didn't trust them, and had plenty of food in my luggage anyway. The hotel tried to charge me extra for consumables but settled on what had truly eaten the day before. Oh, almost forgot to mention the little red ants all over the place.

[...] the supervisor of the restaurant its unfriendly whith the customers , we habe the breakfast already pay and this men tell us we take for free

Friendly staff, wide variety of food in the restaurant, conveniently located to World Trade Center.

My flight did not gt into Mexico till 11 pm. My girlfriend was going to be getting to the hotel 6 hours earlier than I was. She had no idea I was going to propose that night, but she wanted to make a special night, so she had the hotel staff put rose petals on the walkway into the room along with the bed. There were candles everywhere. Just a great time. The main restaurant in the hotel is great, service, dining and the experience. Moreover, there is a cinema and mall connected with the hotel. Better yet we spent a few days at the beach associated with the hotel which is a 3 minute shuttle away. Went about 4 hours north of the hotel for a few days. Before my flight back to the states spent the night back at the same hotel due to the friendliness of the staff, location and service.

Overall this Hotel was a good pick. Our room was clean at all times and the staff was attentive. The location of the Hotel was safe and there were good stores all around and a shopping mall right in the hotel. My only complaint is the breakfast bar. I was expecting a buffet style breakast but what they had was ready to order breakfast from a single cook. It was a bit inconvenient having to wait for someone to cook your breakfast. A breakfast buffet would have been a much better idea. My favorite feature of the Hotel was the gym. This gym was huge and up to date with all of the gym equipment you could need. I would be surprised if you didn't find your favorite exercise equipment there.

Room was comfortable and quiet, but the beds were quite hard. Very common in Mexico though. Convienent to restaurants, theatre, and huge American mall on the lower levels. Well run hotel, we enjoyed our stay.

WEEL MANTAINED, CLEAN ROOMS NICE PEOPLE, AND THE MALL UNDER THE HOTEL IS A CONVENIENT EXTRA

I found this to be a good deal overall. The room service and cleaning staff were very good. Wait staff not so attentive. Food very good.
