It was one of the best experiences I had. The staff absolutely amazing. The room was clean and very comfortable. Everything in the room was excellent, towels, shower, hot water, the bed absolutely comfortable, the location, the view. Taxi Transportation always available. I just like to said Thank you to all and everyone at the hotel.

Staff was extremely rude. We received inconsistent information about what was allowed to do around the outdoor pool area and the schedule. Security guard threatened our party to lock us out of the building and became belligerent raising his voice to the ladies in our party. And no, we were not drunk or were disrespectful or noisy. He became angry when we informed him that the server and another staff member toñd us it was ok for us to stay in the pool area.

My stay was overall very pleasant. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The front desk staff was great—especially the young woman who kindly upgraded my room when I asked. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the parking garage. The spaces were very tight, not handicap accessible, and located three floors below the lobby, which made it a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, a great stay and excellent service
