The service was ok in general, in spite of minor shortcomings, in particular poor hot water in the bathroom at night. However, the most relevant issue in general was that I was charged twice for taxes when paying online with Expedia: the original price for 4 nights included taxes, but when looking at the final price for the room that I booked I was charged again with taxes!!! What a disappointment

It was a pity our stay in this hotel. We had stayed a long time ago and never had an issue here. However, this time the staff was not welcoming, incredibly rude and did not understand a sensitive situation regarding my niece, who is a minor.
