Good stay for a night while in Ventura. Comfy bed and good sized room. Great water pressure. Breakfast was pre-scrambled eggs (bland), some greasy animal options, several dairy options, canned juice, mixed fruit, hash browns, sugar waffles (tasty! But very sweet), and an arrangement of breads/bagels, some kind of pastry. Not super healthy and very limited if you are non carnivore (vegetarian or vegan or plant based or otherwise care about your diet lol)

This is a very good hotel , staff is very nice helpful , breakfast ja very very good they have a wode variety! Me and my family really enjoyed staying here ! I read several reviews about the train being very loud if you got the rooms on the side of the freeway , which is not true you can hardly hear anything the windows have double layer and it cancels about. 95 % of noise from freeway ! Also the beach is at a walking distance really nice , really recommend this hotel !!!

We loved this place, it’s very clean and has nice spacious rooms with an added bonus of one side of the hotel having balconies with sliding doors for fresh air. We did ask for a room facing away from the ocean due to noise from the train and freeway and they accommodated this.

Well I liked the property and I have been living in a hotel 6 weeks in the western United States. However, there was a terrible condition in the laundry room. I decided to dry the pool clothes and I hand washed a hoody that was dirty. I went to use the drying. I hope there is a space to attach pictures. I started to sit down in the small rooms one chair. There was a fexible electric line draped over it. I moved it behiind the chair and then noticed that the plug in for the wall that was cut open and directly not covered in the way…exposed. I shook my head walked out to the ante room containing the ice macking and there was a small cut hole in the wall. None of this was cook.

The property was nice. It’s in a good location because it’s downtown not because it’s on an alley. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the cleanliness of the pools. When I got into the spa, I had to throw out cigarette butts and the water was just Funky. It’s not that hard to keep a pool clean.

Most things about our stay was excellent everything was clean and quiet but we were there during the week. The cleaning staff was courteous and polite. Breakfast was ok definitely a good value but person running it really couldn’t be bothered just sat there eating. The last morning we were there you could definitely tell that the gentleman behind the counter took his job seriously kudos to him. Cons the front desk staff was…. Not rude but seemed like they didn’t want to be or couldn’t be bothered with you. Family of four at the beach needs a couple extra towels nope! You get what they give you. Extra coffee nope! Don’t waste your money on a balcony nice view of the freeway. Area is clean but a lot of vagrants
