We had an awesome stay!! We would go back for sure. So close to the beach and easy to get down town as well.. Great Kitchen for home cooked meals. !!!

The residence was larger than expected and nicely decorated, neutrals/beach theme... great having the laundry there and some beach chairs to use. The views are great of neighborhood and mountains. The best was just a very short walk to the beach!! And the beach is beautiful! Could walk to local restaurants/grocery store and with a little longer walk to shops for souvenirs. Really great location.

Great spot close to the beach

The location is great if you like the beach! A quick walk down the street and there you are. There are restaurants and a grocery store in easy walking distance as well. We love Ventura and would definitely return!

Great Property, Unbeatable Location

I was in town visiting family. This unit is very easy to get to and from, in a beautiful location. I stayed for one week, and it was perfect for me (actually MORE than I needed, but better to have more than you need than less!). Would absolutely stay here again

Best ever

My mother stayed here while visiting for the holidays; she said it was the best rental she’s ever stayed in! Exceptionally clean, perfectly equipped with everything she could want, including a fully equipped kitchen, and of course an amazing location. We’ll certainly try to book it for her every time in the future!

Bereavement Stay

We needed a place to stay for the week we needed to deal with the death of a loved one who died in Ventura County. We couldn't find a hotel in the area which could book us for seven days. VRBO saved the day.

A block from the beach

On a winding lane less than a block from a lovely stretch of beach, this modest, pleasant, light-filled, meticulously maintained upstairs unit is a perfect base for exploring Ventura. We used the bikes provided, enjoyed the backyard patio, and appreciated the amazingly well-equipped kitchen. We came from Boston to visit family, and they were impressed that we had found a place to stay in their favorite part of Ventura.

Great stay

My wife and I stayed at this phone for 6 nights. Perfect location-200 steps from the beach. Area is very quiet-at night you can hear the ocean! The kitchen is fantastic-it has just about every pot or pan or dish or tool you could ever need. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small but that’s not a biggee. Off street parking. Visited Ventura? Stay here!

Cozy and SO close to the beach

This cottage is a wonderful, beach property. It was perfect for my week getaway. Some nice surprising things were that the kitchen was stocked with so many more utensils and kitchenware than other places I’ve stayed. I used the French press instead of the coffeemaker all week. Plenty of extra linens and the place felt safe and secure. Maxcy was terrific too. Kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Such a cute beach house for my small family (3 of us). We enjoyed every second of being there especially with how close we were to the beach. It was a few minute walk and we were right there! Space was clean and had great amenities. We were so sad to leave!
