What a cute place! Very clean. Kitschy decor but cool for the area. Comfy furniture and well stocked kitchen amenities. Everything was as pictured. Nice backyard and hot tub.Entrance to the house was easy. Management provided good instructions. Communication was easy but a little delayed.The area is "mid town." Nothing is really within walking distance (except Vons), but everything is a short drive. This includes the beach and downtown (where there are great restaurants!).

Clean. Open with lots of light from windows and French doors. Interior decoration, colors and feel were inviting and cool. Well Connected with outside in backyard with French doors and cool climate. Very responsive management. Close to anything you want - beach, food, coffee, etc. Definitely will stay here again.
