Modern & Spacious w/ Bonus Roof Top Terrace

The apartment was excellent. There was plenty of room for two couples, with an extra bedroom if we needed it. The living room was spacious and nicely furnished and decorated.The location of this apartment could not be better. We were just a minute or two off the San Marco Square, but it was secluded from the hustle and bustle. The rooftop terrace is a special bonus. The panoramic view of the city was spectacular and a bottle of wine to watch the setting sun was a great way to wind down from an active day.The 70 step climb to the apartment can be a challenge for those with physical limitations, but otherwise everything was great - check-in was easy (pictures of the entry and a video showing how to enter) and well-communicated, and the apartment is as described.

Beautiful location!

We are 2 couples visiting Italy and we loved this apartment! Large and comfortable rooms and clean kitchen. The best part was the roof top terrace where we started and finished each day! We could walk everywhere and found many great places to eat. Highly recommend!

Wonderful apartment

Apartment is in a nice location near St. Mark square. Very spacious and clean. Roberto was excellent! The airline lost our baggage and Roberto was very helpful assisting us with the delivery by the courier. Only warning is the apartment is on the 4th floor and no elevator! View from the roof terrace made up for the steps!

Magnifique appartement très bien localisé. Il correspond en tout point aux photos. Cependant…nous avons du écourter notre séjour à cause du froid. Les radiateurs, pourtant alimentés par une chaudière au gaz, n’étaient pas fonctionnels. 18 degrés à l’intérieur au mieux, catastrophique. Bien sûr le temps n’était pas clément, mais à ce prix on peut espérer séjourner dans un environnement agréable oú se sentir bien en rentrant et éviter de passer sa soirée en doudoune. Le contact local était inefficace et incompétent. Nous sommes donc partis plus tôt que prévu. Donc bel appartement, mais à éviter en saison froide 🙃
