A disappointing stay, over-priced and unclean.

The owners don't know about hospitality. They're difficult to contact and take more than 24hrs to answer emails. The property had dirty marked floors, was very dusty, TV aerial broken, lamp not working, curtains, walls and doors were marked and dirty. We did not have hot water for two days and was only fixed when my relative called the welcome host and demanded the owners tel. no. The welcome host did her best and her husband came and helped thank goodness. Sadly no welcome touches like a bottle of wine, local map or tourist information provided.
