Elegant apartment with romantic canal view. The house is located close to the Ghetto, the old Jewish area, one of the most charming and interesting city sites.
You can find Ca' Bianca at the ground floor of an ancient building (dated approx. 1600), that overlooks Rio dei Servi and Rio della Misericordia. You can get in through a short Sottoportico and the entrance of the house is independent.
Ca'Bianca is approx. 60 sqm.
The bright master bedroom with a king size bed, a closet and a dresser looks over Canale della Misericordia, few typical restaurants and on one of the most elegant Gothic style buildings of the Fondamenta; yet, it's very peaceful and quiet: few times a day a gondola or a small boat come by and you won't hear any other noise.
There are two bathrooms, one of them looking on the same canal and having a shower, the second one with the washing machine. In the kitchen you will find the microwave, cookware & Kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee maker and anything else you may need to enjoy your stay.
In the living room, you will find a brand new sofa bed for two guests, very comfortable both during the day and at night time. Internet and tv are also at your disposal in the living room area.
The AC system set in the master bedroom cools down the whole apartment.

Great location in the heart of the city: Cannaregio is one of the most genuine and picturesque sestieri of Venice: very quiet but at the same time lively thanks to daily activities of local people. Restaurants, cafès and stores to buy disparate foodstuffs are all very close. The house will let you experience the Venetian life-style but at the same time will enable you to reach in a short time, on foot or by boat (vaporetto), the most important cultural sites and tourist attractions, like S. Marco and Rialto or the most striking islands of the lagoon.
