Mal servicio en la llegada para recoger las llaves

Desafortunadamente el servicio fue malo porque no es clara la información que te mandan y cuando llegue a Venecia, estaba en el departamento que alquile y llame a un teléfono que tenía y me dijeron que tenía que regresarme por la llave y gaste más dinero en la transportación.
