Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast very enjoyable and local bus stop directly in to Venice just metres from the hotel. We would definitely recommend this lovely B&B.

The gentleman at the front desk could not have been friendlier. He honestly made the stay worthwhile. The breakfast was also excellent, and the selection was great for such a small hotel. The room was OK with plenty of room, but the bed was awful; the floor might have been more comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay. The only issue I had was the AC in our room 102 was not adequate. I advised the staff. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was good size. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Above average for breakfast buffets.

Here is a 5 stars family business. The brothers are so kind, the services outweigh the price by a large margin. It is well situated, not far from public transportations and highways, in a safe neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay there. Thank you!

The gentleman running this established are incredible. They were so helpful in every way and the property in and of itself was very quaint and the courtyard was great for spending the evenings in after a long day of walking. I wish I could give it more than five stars! Thank you!!!

We didn't receive our room number and code before we arrived. There isn't a lobby area. Fortunately a person was leaving the building and we were able to get in. The cleaning person called and the person she talked to emailed us the correct code. We did arrive before check-in time so maybe we would have received the code if we arrived later. No place to store luggage if you arrive early. Very small bathroom in our room.

Staying at Chiara Lodge was an absolute delight. The location was perfect, just a short walking distance like 5 minutes to take the bus and train to Venice. The room was so comfortable and clean that make me feel I was home. It was really a peaceful retreat.
