The location is excellent!! Walking distance from the vaporetto stops (St. Angelo and St. Tomas) as well as from the main tourist spots: Doges Palace, The Basilica, Rialto Bridge, Rialto Market and Teatro La Fenice. The property is very clean and the staff is very helpful, I received an email prior to my arrival with the details of how to get the to the property from any spot you arrive including car, train or airport.

The property provides such a unique stay. The rooms were beautiful, the canal view made it so special, the proprietors were helpful and considerate. Friendly and very helpful owner, comfortable and clean room, very close to major sites and shopping. No reception, so be sure to ask the owner for his number to call if you need anything (this is more like staying in a private home, than a hotel). This is a lovely little guest house! Everything was clean and orderly and as described. It’s rather tucked away, so walking to the location from the main transportation hub and finding the address was a bit challenging, but the location was very quiet and peaceful.
