Está muy bien situado, fácil acceso al aeropuerto de Marco Polo por barco. La calefacción y los dos baños son grandes ventajas. La comunicación con Giorgio y Luca es fácil y muy agradable. El apartamento es muy cómodo y acogedor.

Check in was very easy. Vaporetto from the train station and then a short walk to the apartment with no bridges to cross with luggage was a definite plus. We were greeted at the door and showed around the apartment. All messages were answered promptly. The owner also sent a very informative email prior to check in to advise of the local requirements for rubbish etc. It was not hard to take the rubbish to the closest collection point on the day we left. Close to many shops and restaurants but being a street back from the main area it was very quiet. Coop supermarket was also nearby to stock up on basics for breakfast. The location was perfect for us - quieter than the main San Marco area but still within an easy walk.The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for a holiday stay and the added bonus was the use of a washing machine. We would highly recommend this property to stay in for a holiday in Venice.

The property was easy to find, an associate met us at the McDonalds. It’s very convenient to most everything and amazingly quiet. The bed was very comfortable; my only suggestion being to put a darker shade on the bedroom door that goes out to the courtyard. The upstairs apartment occupant turns a light on several times a night that kind of shines in your face. The couch in the living room was not comfortable to sit on though not a deal breaker. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay there again when we visit Venice again.

Séjour vraiment parfait, nous étions 2 adultes, 2 jeunes garçon (6 et 10ans)… très proche de tout… appartement ultra confortable et on s’est senti un peu comme à la maison mais à Venise. Très bel accueil de notre hôte très chaleureuse… fortement recommandé!… on aurait aimé rester plus longtemps!

Fantastic!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One of our favorite features was the private patio — it was perfect for relaxing in the morning or winding down in the evening. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to great shops, restaurants, and everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Couldn't have been better!

Everything in the description is 100% accurate. We stayed three nights with our adult daughter, who used the sofa bed in the kitchen/bedroom. It was cozy and comfortable. Each room has a door that closes, isolating any noise of the street (of which there was not much anyway). The washing machine, extra cabinet with dishes in the "living room" and the shelves of blankets, etc, make it seem like this would be ready to move in and live permanently We walked from the train station with luggage without issues. Took a guided tour to the Dolomites one day - beautiful and highly recommended!

Great stay in Venice

We stayed 3 nights at this property in Venice. The accomodations were as advertised. They were comfortable and check-in was easy. We were met at the property, given the keys and we paid the tourist taxes. The property is well located, within t minutes of Piazza San Marco and with quick access to the grand canal. It's also close to restaurants and a grocery store. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook a few meals during our stay.

Great stay in Venice

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Venice. The bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. Great location and easy check in process. The only issue is dealing with garbage at check out. Thank you for the great stay!

Love this place in Venice!

Love this little apartment in Venice! What an amazing place and perfectly situated to explore all Venice has to offer. The host was very good at connecting with us to make sure we had a smooth check-in process and had a smart information booklet on the apartment and Venice. Can't wait to get another chance to visit!

Great Property

This apartment was fantastic, whether it's your first time in Venice or your umpteenth. Super clean and you're basically getting a home. Street it is on is quiet and super safe. And the conveniences are amazing - it's literally next to a pub, restaurant, and fruit store for your basic needs and entertainment (but you never hear the noise), and also within walking distance is the grocery store, pharmacy, the dock to grab a boat, coffee shop for breakfast, and the one and only McDonald's in Venice. Of course you're also right next to all the attractions too but it is also easy to explore more of the island too. Only recommendation is for the host to deal with the trash/recycling: Venice has very strict trash policies and rightly so (and Venice is suuuper clean), but if you're trying to catch a boat off the island you shouldn't have to worry about having to wait for the trashman in the morning or walk your trash through the streets to the trash collection point. Even if you do it the night before, you're inevitably going to have trash right before you go. And you cannot leave your trash outside the apartment on the street. So this is a really inconvenient and unfair ask of guests.

Bien placé

Cet appartement, en rez-de-chaussée, est idéalement placé, au calme tout en étant proche du Vaporetto, de la gare, des commerces et du Rialto, bien agencé, avec petite cour privée. Un doute pour une occupation hivernale quand à l'humidité et la luminosité mais, un rez-de-chaussée à Venise quoi de plus normal !
