Spacious 2 bedroom flat in a convenient area

Large 2 bedroom flat in a convenient and quiet area .... but a few things to beware of. Arranged to collect the keys from the key box near the bus station but when we arrived in the late afternoon ... no keys! Had to call the agent and someone turned up with them shortly after. Google doesn't show the location properly. Follow the directions you will be provided with. You have to pay €40 for cleaning but despite this there were cobwebs on the ceilings. Bring your own shampoo etc. - there's none provided also the shower has no curtain so water splashes all over the floor. The water heater stopped working... managed to re-start it but no instructions in the flat. Despite all that... its a nice flat down a quiet alley not far from the S. Toma water bus (vaporetto) stop with nice local cafes and restaurants, and good provisions shops nearby as well.
