Three weeks in paradise doesn’t say enough

The property was exactly as described as on the website, beautiful and fit for a king. Everything you needed was there and if not all you had to do was call Alex and he would provide. The unit was spotless inside and the grounds were beautifully maintained.
We planned this trip two years in advance to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and once the time came the three weeks flew by. All our guests were taken back by the Villa and the grounds. They still can’t stop talking about the wonderful time they had here and exploring Puerto Rico. We also had a chance to meet Alma and she invited us to be her Guest at an after party at the Ritz Carlton. Another great memory!
This is a place I would recommend for family and friends who want to get away from it all and explore on their own. We visited the Camuy Caves, Arecibo Telescope, Dorado Beach and Old San Juan a must. There is plenty to do and see for everyone.

You will be surrounded by beautifully landscaped tropical grounds including lakes and water fountain. The property is adjacent Dorado Beach and the Hacienda del Mar Resort, both a five minute walk from our villa. Close to world-class golf courses, world-class restaurants, excursions including rain forest tours, and 35 minutes from bustling San Juan.
Getting Around:
We can assist you with your transportation needs by providing a personal driver, renting a car, or taxi service information, some services at an extra cost. Two parking spaces are provided for your convenience.
Other Things to Note:
Groups, Long-term Renters, no Minimum Age Limit for Renters, Singles, and Children are all welcome. Suitable for the elderly or infirm, partially wheelchair accessible.
Puerto Rico is an amazingly friendly Island and folks are laid back and on ISLAND TIME.
Guest and Owner will sign an occupancy agreement detailing the terms of the stay. Guest may request a copy of this agreement at any time as it is specific to each Villa rental.
If a guest is bringing a pet we need to know in advance as there may be registration paperwork involved and a pet fee.
This villa has a specific allowance for electricity usage which covers normal use per day. If guests run all zones of AC 24/7, it has happened that guests may exceed the allowance and there is a surcharge for over usage based on actual bills or meter readings upon entry and exit. Excess electricity usage may be deducted from the Security deposit that is on hold with Airbnb. To avoid that please be mindful and turn off the AC units when you are not in the room. Guests are responsible for ALL utilities for stays of a month or more.
If guests stay for longer than two weeks a mid-stay cleaning will be charged $195.
