The hotel is literally part of the terminal, so one cannot get more convenient. The room was nice, although the shower sacrificed grab bars for looking Very Cool. The valet and desk staff were great. They went out of their way to help us. They went above and beyond. 5+ The bar staff were very friendly ...
Good funky hotel, in one of the best area of Montreal, super safe walking at night, great shops and cafes. The room was large and comfortable. The owner is a special person, super friendly and helpful, and let you use the kitchen too. We'll go back there for sure once we emigrate from the ...
Great location if you want to near the airport. Shuttle every 15 minutes to the airport. Very noisy until flights are done for the day. I don't know however whether any other hotel in the area would be any less so. It is the airport! Would certainly stay there again. Good value.
Followed directions and used GPS - still went in circles even with hotel in sight. Lots of road construction and terrible traffic making GPS outdated and directions useless. Lucky to get there, it took almost 40 minutes for a supposedly 7 minute trip. Had to take a "wrong" turn to arrive. Accommodations ...
I went to a concert at Place Bell. The hotel was close an convenient. It was -30, so we didnt walk to the concert, but I think you could in the summer. The hotel was classy and clean and the breakfast was way better quality that most hotel breakfasts.
Very pleasant and enjoyable place to stay. The friendly atmosphere and staff make the place very attractive and our stay unforgettable.
The hotel is literally part of the terminal, so one cannot get more convenient. The room was nice, although the shower sacrificed grab bars for looking Very Cool. The valet and desk staff were great. They went out of their way to help us. They went above and beyond. 5+ The bar staff were very friendly when they were around. Getting a ginger beer took 10 minutes (and the bar was empty). The food menu is divided into 5 minute, 10 minute, and 20 minute sections: very nice. However after we went to the bar to order (as our waiter was evidently Too Busy -- in an empty bar), it turned out that the times were cumulative: a 5 and a 20 took 25 minutes to arrive, and the croutons in the soup suffered for it. They also charged us for the food three (3) times, one of which they reversed and one which we will dispute.
My wife and daughter and I just enjoyed two nights at Auberge des Gallant. Wish we could have stayed longer! The staff are tremendous and offer a level of service you might expect at one of the nicer lodgings of AccorHotels. They truly go the extra mile in showing great hospitality. The magic is that this is still a family-run business and not a huge multinational corporation. We enjoyed the quiet, the gardens, the outdoor fireplaces, and the restaurant. So nice to stay here in the country after the traffic and congestion of Montreal. We wish it were closer so that we could enjoy the offerings in every season. The hotel is perfect for families or couples.
Close to airport, shuttle to and from airport Polite staff, feel welcomed Clean room, comfortable bed Restaurant on site. Breakfast, lunch and dinner Not gourmet food but very good Children are welcomed
