Staff was courteous and the room was excellent. Participated in an event where food was pretty good but did not use any other hotel services. Staff initially assigned me a room that was inferior to what i had reserved. I called them on it after seeing the room and they gave me an upgrade to their best room, which was nice.

Clean room, welcoming front desk staff and comfortable suite. My only disappointment was realizing that room 516 didn’t have a sofa bed in addition to the 2 queen beds despite being described this way on the website. We ended up having a roll away bed brought to the room.

The room was amazing. The service in the restaurant was ok. After our dinner plates were removed, we weren’t asked if we wanted any dessert or after dinner drinks we were just handed the bill. It actually felt like the waiter wanted to leave.
