Very dirty motel . Noisy and owner do not care about complaints . I will report to the health department. Also not happy with orbitz not helping my concern .
My room didn't get clean and I couldn't see any staff when I came back in the night to request towels or anything else. I had to sleep again in a dirty room and use the same towels with my kids for the second time
I don't recommend staying in this property. The room is not secure, and the bed is uncomfortable and makes creaking noise. The price was way too high than what we agreed.

Hi Mr Boyu. All the rooms have locks and are very secure. We have changed the boxspring, because the client after you complained about it immediately to us. For the Price for your room it was 99 plus taxes, so no the price was not higher than what we agreed.

He also took time to go out and help you even it was heavy rain. It seems you did not adress him about cleaning issue at that time.
