Beautiful setting, nice staff, but needs some work on property condition and coordination. My stay started inauspiciously as my airport pickup arrived one hour late and the phone number listed on my confirmation was disconnected. It took two additional phone calls to get someone to pick me up. No apology was offered for the delay. The setting for the property is gorgeous -- on a languid tropical beach with great snorkeling right offshore. However, the property itself has seen better days. The door to my room was warped and required effort to close. Soap dispensers in toilets were either not functioning or empty. Rubbish and construction debris were littered around the property. The property needs some TLC. So overall a good stay due the the setting and the friendly staff, but definitely some work to be done.
I stayed in a 4-bed dorm and had the room to myself. Even though it was dorm they gave a resort like feeling in the room itself. Many activities are included in the price such as snorkeling (inc. guided snorkeling), glass bottom boat etc. Also, resort offers free wifi (though not in the rooms) Easy access from the airport, free ferry to get to the island and back. The staff were super helpful and friendly. I stayed there for only a day and a half but had an amazing time and will definitely go back

Thank you for your feedback. We are new management and we are working hard to update the resort. The construction debris you saw was part of that effort. Everything is more complicated on an island. I hope you put these comments on the guest survey when you checked out. We need to know what is wrong so that we can fix it. Your room is not mentioned in your comments. The drivers we use are outside contractors. We won't use them if they do not show up on time. We were not told you were not picked up on time.
