The room was poorly maintained -- lots of things needed repair. Generally just minor repairs were needed but it was on multiple things (chairs, towel holders, dirty cushions, etc.) Probably the biggest reason for such a low rating is that it also SMELLED horrible .... very mildewy mixed with cleaner smell. Half our outlets didn't work (they were fixed quickly though after brought to their attention). Staff were not particularly friendly but efficient.

Large comfortable room with snack and microwavable options available for purchase in the lobby (a life saver since we arrived so late nearby restaurants were closed). Breakfast buffet was well stocked and tasty. Very close to airport with complementary shuttle and the cruise port.

There were 9 of us staying before we headed on a cruise. We arrived at the hotel and check in was smooth. I asked for cot for our room and was told housekeeping was closed. I asked for a cot prior to our arrival and was told I had to wait until we arrived. There was no hot water in the shower either night we stayed.
