Tiny terrible gym with two pieces of equipment broken, ice machines broken, hot tub jets broken, water fountain broken, sink tap in room leaked all over counter, shower head garbage. Really outdated. Rusty metal everywhere in pool room. They should have a staff meeting at a real hotel to see what it should be. Way over priced for what it was

There for 2 nights. The hot tub had floaties, the hallways needed vacuuming, the outoor bench was dirty with sticky syrup on it. The room was average and the toilet was very low to the ground. Visible rust around the doors. Needs updating and improvements. The room we got was clean.

Little gal at yhe front desk was extremely friendly and helpful on check-in. However the rooms and washrooms were a disappointment. Bed was saggy in the middle and blankets were super thin, woke up to dogs barking in the hallway. Nowhere to hang or set anything in the bathroom as the bathroom only contained a toilet and tub, and the little wire rack the hotel had towls stored on. Sink and counter was in the main bedroom part. The restaurant served amazing food. For the 3 of us we could of only ordered 2 mains and 1 rice and had more than enough. Music was to loud in my openion though

Usually when I stay here it’s a wonderful experience. This time was the absolute worst. There were ants all over the bathroom floor. The shower, sink and bed had hairs on them. This is my 6th stay here and I’m going to have to look for a new goto hotel.
