Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Pretty bad.
Got the room on short notice because it was cheap and had decent ratings. I don't know how many Quality Inn Employees have been padding the reviews, but this is definitely a 2.5 of 5.0 hotel on a good day. Breakfast was pretty bad. Reconstituted scrambled eggs probably recycled from the day before.
Accidentally left a $700 pair of eyeglasses in the room. Contacted them the next day and was told they had found them Asked them how to get them sent back. Was referred to the manager, Will. Left messages for him that were not returned. Finally reached him and was told that they had them and would send them back. He emailed me a credit card authorization form to cover the cost of shipping. Blanket authorization to charge whatever they felt like charging. Filled it out anyways, emailed it back and heard nothing for three days. Called again tonight, talked with Will and was promised they would get sent back tomorrow.
I'll update this review if and when I get those glasses sent back, but for now, if you're looking for a room in the Vancouver, WA area, pay the extra $50 or whatever.
