Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier

The only problem with this lovely hotel is it location across the harbour from the main city. It became a pain to take the very convenient ferry two or three times a day to access attractions in other p[arts of Vancouver. That said, the room was excellent with a wonderful view of the harbour. Amenities were good and the bath and shower outstanding.

We were surprised when the Taxi took us to the Pinnacle Hotel North, since we assumed to be in the one in Downtown. The taxi fare to Downtown is $35, whilst to the one North was $64.00 plus tip. However, we very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. It was quiet and easy to take the ferry across. It is a lovely area with some good restaurants. The hotel staff was very helpful. It has a great gym and swimming pool facing Vancouver. We very much enjoyed our stay. We would have liked to have a room facing the water and Vancouver instead of facing the street and apartment buildings. However, it was pretty quiet. Enjoyed also watching the fireworks from the gym/swimming pool terrace and thus avoiding the crowds.

Everything about the hotel was great. Clean rooms, gym was excellent, and location was awesome. Really close to the SeaBus for commuting into the city, right next to londsdale quay Market with lots of great options to grab food. We stayed for a Friday and Saturday night in July and each night there was live music and food trucks just steps outside of the hotel!

We enjoyed proximity to Grouse Mountain, and found DeDutxh Pannekoek house close by, as well. Stopped out a a few pubs on the north side. Most impressive to us was the genuine friendliness of all. It started with the hotel staff, and continued through all that we met. We will be back to BC.

This is my favourite place to stay when I go to Vancouver. The location is great right next to Lonsdale Quay and the seabus. The rooms are very nice and the gym is way above average for a hotel.

we stayed here for 12 days over the Christmas holiday. Had a late check in and the staff literally ran ahead of our car so that he could open the gate to the parking lot and then ran back to bring in our luggage. A great location on the waterfront, nice facilities nice rooms descent hotel restaurant with a nice bar. Very friendly staff except for one restaurant server.

Nice place, nice people. Has a pool & hot tub and a restaurant in the lobby.

Staff members were okay i güess, we said hi a couple times and got no response back (( i gùess they were to busy on they computer and did not hear us )) construction zone right next to the hotel was very bad, couldt sleep well with all that noise. We had to pay an additional 165$ for the 7 night car parking space. (( we thought that was included in the deal )) Room was clean, housekeepers always friendly. I dont know if i will stay there again or recommend it to my friends and family.

Best hotel that I have stayed at in a while. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were very clean. Located close to some very nice restaurants.

3 nights. ...very enjoyable and close to the Seabus, too.

Nice clean and comfortable hotel. Good location and value. No shuttle to airport is main drawback

Great staff and awesome service.. Would stay there again and recommend to friends and family

The hotel was great, the view was beautiful. The only thing that we did not like was the restaurant. $12 for fries and gravy

The hotel was great love the harbor view. Restaurat was expensive $12 for 2plate of fries. Having the harbor right there was great the market was lovely and very close to the sea bus to go downtown. The oddness thing was everything closed at 7pm. Unless you want to go to the bars.

Best place on the North Shore, and centrally located

Very nice new design on a new hotel, the hotel restaurant was a little pricey, for 2 it was $180.00. The room was very well priced $145.00 with water view, 6th floor. Many things to do within walking distance.
