Helpful front desk staff and housekeeping. The room and bathroom were stocked and clean. We liked the changes from the last time we stayed

There was a spider in the restroom & I called for assistance, which took approximately 15 minutes before anyone came to help. I couldn't get any help with my luggages as I was leaving the hotel. I would not recommend anybody to stay there and I will not go back to this hotel in the future.

Great location in North Vancouver...You can take a bus to see the suspension bridge or you can also take the ferry and begin exploring downtown in 15 minutes...The hotel is clean, the stuff is helpful...I definitely recommend this hotel to stay in Vancouver.

There was construction right out front and it made parking difficult. The parking that was for guests you had to pay for, but the parking lot right next to it was free.

It was a beautiful location right on the water and the market square.

Very old and run down hotel. No room service...horrible breakfast

This hotel is in a great location, very clean and super friendly staff. The bathrooms could use updating - that's the only negative comment I have though.

The rooms need to be renewed, I didn’t liked the cleanliness of the rooms and the beds. Comforter had a bad smell, I don't think they wash them for every guest

We had a room overlooking the harbour and the lights outside the market. The view from our room was beautiful My only real issue is that we had no fridge or microwave and the only room service was pizza until 11 pm. The hardwood floors were great and the bathroom was very clean but all the drains needed attention . The hallway carpet needs to be replaced with tile ,hardwood, tile or marble as it is filthy and gives a bad first impression. The market shops downstairs are expensive but unique.

Nice hotel, nice location and a good view from the room

Very comfortable clean and convinient rooms. Best location with access to ferries, buses to airport and downtown vancouver. Hotel is in the middle of Quay with lots of shops and eateries. Heating in the room was hard to control- other than that a great experience

Beautiful views of Vancouver, and close to restaurants and shopping

Nice location above the market. Lovely view of the water. Big, puffy pillows and comfy bed.

Lonsdale Quay has always been a fovorite when in Vancouver. Location and access to The city by Seabus is excellent, with the market and views of the harbour..

Great location at the Quay, just a quick seabus ride to downtown. Lots of great restaurants close by. Free parking too.
