Location, location, location. 10 minutes away from downtown Vancouver, 8 minutes away from the grouse grind hike and ski resort. Down the street from Walmart. Everything perfect location wise. Free parking and tons of it for you. Staff is nice and helpful.

The hotel is not what you would expect. The carpets in the rooms we stayed at was very dirty, the rooms had a weird smell. However, the staff at the reception and kitchen were nice

Check in was fine, would have been nice if they could have helped manually input a card due to circumstance with my card. Place feels like motel rather than hotel due to rooms not being in a secure building. Rooms desperately need renovation, and breakfast was lacking. For the quality of the amentities and dated room, I felt like I overpaid.
