ThIs property is not on the beach but a short walk away. It is also a short walk to Lauderdale by the sea. Older but clean and comfortable. Only bad thing is no restaurant but some are close by.

at the checking in a lady at frond desk rang through $100 with my credit card without detail explanation. there was another guest who came to the front desk to inquire about the additional cost that was charged to the guest. later on, I found out that this was just authorization and was not the actual transaction but hoped it was explained before hand.
