Modern Private Basement Suite in Vancouver with Free Parking
Welcome to our spacious bedroom located near VanDusen Botanical Garden and Oakridge. It features three comfortable king sized beds and one air mattress if needed. Two bathrooms, one with tub. The living area features a billiards table for entertainment, laundry facilities, kitchen and TV. Guests will have separate entrance to the suite. You will two private bedrooms with three king size beds and a generously sized private bathroom, and a ensuite bathroom with a tub. The property has an equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities. Laundry room is available. Living room has pool table and TV for entertainment. Public free street parking is always available and safe.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a safe.
