Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Not very good service
Firstly they over booked us. Secondly they moved us to a new place and didn't pay them the whole amount. We had to wait for ages on checkout to try and get in contact with them, they didn't answer our calls. Finally we got onto them and they paid the new Villa the rest of the money they owed them!
