Advertised having pool and breakfast neither available and alarm in room woke us up at 5 am told person at desk he didn’t even apologize

We are pleased with the room. We had booked an accessible room, but when the clerk noticed that my son was in a wheelchair, he offered us a different room that had a roll-in shower. He gladly changed our room and I appreciated his attention to our needs.

Friendly greeting was nice. Rooms were comfortable. Hotel is located near many dining choices. But, I guess because of the pandemic the staff has been reduced. Trashcans were overflowing throughout the property. The pool was closed and I really wanted to use it--one of the reasons why we chose the hotel--inside pool with hot tube. You had to request breakfast--we just went to McDonalds instead. Minor cosmetic details that need fixing--like pealing paint in the bathroom. Overall however, it was a nice stay and would recommend for an overnight stay.

Signage was hard to see because of numerous businesses and it is set back from the street, behind a restaurant and an animal clinic. Very nice interior (lobby and breakfast area); My room was very nice great furnishings, mattress very comfortable, bathroom really nice. Totally enjoyed my stay.

The front desk personnel were great, fun, and engaging. Very helpful.

Great clean place to stay. Staff was amazing and nice

Location was ok but guests at this hotel were very rude. Slamming doors at all hours, loud at elevator, etc. Not staff fault but they did nothing when asked to stop kids running in halls late at night.

This place is GREAT. Clean Room, Hot water, and a good clean brakfast area

Outstanding breakfast, incredibly clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. I stay in hotels on average 4 nights per month, and this is easily the best hotel in this price range that I've stayed at in the past year.

Very nice! Will stay again if ever passing through!

Thank you for your review. On our brand website it is stated that all amenities may not be available, please check with the property for their Covid procedures. When booking through other sites, you don't always get those notifications. Also the front desk manager did apologize that your alarm went off, and asked what room you were in so that he can speak to the housekeeper that cleaned it last.
