We needed to make two back-to-back trips to Tyler for family business, and knew that this Location was close to where we needed to be. Reservations online were quick and easy, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Great full breakfast, and rooms were large, clean and comfortable.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The place was clean and what else can i say but ... Marriott beds and pillows - YES. Good breakfast. Very convenient. I was surprised at how easy it was to get out onto the road - even going the opposite direction, since it's right on a highway.

I stayed here for 3 nights and was greeted very kindly each day...and not in an annoying way I have experienced elsewhere. My room was cleaned excellently each day there was nothing not cleaned. The room had fridge and microwave. Rooms are very quiet even at the end of hallway. Hotel had washing machines for guests too. Breakfast is standard continental..however I appreciated they served both turkey and pork sausage. They had fresh fruit but bananas were so green I couldn't eat them both days...but thankful for fresh fruit and clean area.

My wife and I were returning home and Tyler was a good halfway point to spend the night. We looked on Trip Advisor and booked this hotel. When we got there the receptionist was incredibly nice, Mashayla I think, and even found us a much lower rate as seniors, so be sure to let them know if you are over 50. They have a very nice hottub and breakfast included. Very clean and quiet.

Stayed only one night to attend a wine festival in Lindale. Nice, clean hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms are a bit small, but the beds are very comfortable. Ice is available only on the first floor. Overall, a good place to stay.

The Marriott Fairfield Inn proved to be a great choice to use as home base while playing multiple golf courses in the area. The staff was great and helped with local information for dining, directions and things to see. A big thanks to General Manager Jillian Gacke and her staff for making our visit great.

Older Fairfield Inn, but really nicely maintained and clean as can be. Very impressed with the friendly and helpful staff too. Very full breakfast with many healthy choices. Often these older Fairfield's can be hit or miss, but I'm here to say this one is a hit. Good job. Nice room, very clean with refrigerator and microwave, small coffee maker and good small desk. Beds were very comfortable. Saw a nice pool and gym area too. Good location to local businesses (Brookshire Grocery Offices are across the street) and many local restaurants.

On the website it said our Room had a kitchenette but all it had was a mini fridge and microwave. The carpet was super sticky when walking barefoot. The sheets had blood stains and the beds, just unbelievable. The bed felt like we were sleeping on concrete. It was SO uncomfortable!!! It was a king. I thought, let's pay the extra money so we can be sure to get a comfy mattress because Marriott is a big brand. But NO it was dreadful, so dreadful. The breakfast was good though, but we stayed here to rest and we did everything BUT rest. The staff seemed kind but still. Waste of money. Never again Marriott, y'all are just as horrible as red roof in.

I've never received such great service, even at luxury hotels. The staff is so warm & accommodating. The operator went to bat for me when another hotel would not connect me with a guest because I didn't have the room number. My wife & I were very impressed. Great breakfast, too. Clean, indoor pool, good value--what more can you ask?

We like staying at Marriott properties when traveling. We can always depend on comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The Fairfield Inn at Tyler was no different. We arrived a little later than we had planned and were looking for a place to eat. The woman at the front desk was very helpful with a restaurant within walking distance. She even had a coupon for a free appetizer! Our room was clean and comfortable and we both got a good night sleep. The breakfast was tasty and sufficient. Thanks.
