This seem to be my go to property when visiting Tyler Tx. The location is great and convenient to shopping, dining etc., but most of all the staff is always welcoming and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The room was dirty, they're was dried stuff on the wall. The bathroom was not clean. The cleanliness of the room was not good. We had ants in our room, crawling on us which was not ideal when you choose a place to stay.
