The staff were on top of things. Our battery went out on our a/c thermostat and within 15 minutes they had come and replaced. The next day the maid knocked to see if we wanted her to clean our room, but I told her no and asked for an extra blanket. She called another maid and she delivered one in 5 minutes. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not bad for Tyler, best place in the area to stay

Hotel has a great restaurant and bar area as well as they had sat night Karaoke which was lots of fun. Room did not have USB-c chargers which is kinda the norm now. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. There was a fire drill at 3:36am which was not expected or appreciated but guess some guest smoked in their room.

The staff was excellent! They were all so kind and you can tell they all get along well and enjoy working with one another, it was nice to see. Seemed like they all enjoy their jobs, big props to Holiday Inn, Staff and Managers at this location. The bed was so comfy, we slept so good! Pool was clean, room was clean, front was desk clean and the dining area was clean. Breakfast was good and dinner was delicious! I am confused on the breakfast with a fee pass, cause it was a free buffet in the morning. But it was good so its whatever, I just hope that money we spent went to the staff. The only problem we had was entering the property, but that's Google maps fault. It tried to take us through the back way and it was block off. There are 2 side entrances only. just a heads up for anyone going. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!! Thank you!!

The front desk employee was so sweet and accommodating. I really wish I would have got her name. For some odd my reason my card did not process and she knew I was there for a death of a family member. She said your card did not process but we did not want to bother you with your reasoning for being here. I paid my bill in the morning with no issues. She was so unbelievably kind.

There was a roach in the room. The bathroom sink only had a trickle of hot water. Carpet in room looked old and musty. Not sure what was going on with the wall by the air conditioning unit.

Poor service at the restaurant

We are building a house in the area and visit this hotel often starting a year and a half ago. The hotel front desk is wonderful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant service is very poor every time. No acknowledgement of entering the restaurant. Most recent visit waiting almost 15 minutes for server to ask our drink order. Another 20 minutes before able to order food. Servers are on their phones, watching the tv's in the room and not paying attention to the guests. Bartender cursing loudly. Not very relaxing. However, I must say the food is always delicious. Because of the service, we have decided to go elsewhere for our food which can be inconvenient after working along hard day.

The whole facility seem old. Walking down the halls was not air-conditioned very well. There was a moldy smell. The grossest thing was there was a pubic hair in the Keurig machine water containerin our room. So we didn’t bother to have coffee. I was surprised that there was no buffet breakfast. I don’t even know if they had a restaurant. Maybe they did but we just decided to leave and go out for breakfast. The hair clean beds and the air conditioning was cold, but that pubic hair kinda did us in.
