Room was clean. A bit outdated furniture. There are no USB ports so bring wall plugs to charge devices. Really can't complain. It's a decent hotel. Bed was comfortable. Location was good. There's a grocery store next door and a restaurant right in front by the reception desk. Wish we tried it out while we were there. It was raining so no pool use for us. The gym is really small with not much equipment: two different treadmills and a sit down stationary bike. Not too far from Joshua Tree where we went. Would stay again. .

There’s no breakfast or food options but place is close to several eating places. Walkable to Burger King and grocery stores. Hotel gym is clean however very minimal. Swimming pool is decent and hot tub works. WiFi connection was terrible and all guests were complaining. Considering phone network is non existent not having WiFi is crippling. Bathroom shower knob was uncontrolled and giving hot water all the time. I am still giving it 3 stars because for a short 1-2 days and price I got I won’t complain. Also as I mentioned location is good, place looks safe.

According to hotel staff, they didn't receive our room details, so weren't prepared to give us a Suite. After inquiry they switched our room- thankfully having one available. Pool & hot tub were great. Bathroom in room only had one soap bar- would've been nice to have one for the shower, too. Better yet, the shower could've had a soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispenser. Avoiding waste but making these items available to guests is nice. There was no conditioner available at all. ("Conditioning shampoo" is a marketing ploy.) There was no Decaf coffee available. Also skimpy on pillows since most of us sleep with more than one. Overall it was OK but definitely could've been better.

I was told that Expedia does not tell the hotel that I booked for 4. The hotel front desk told me that she couldn't give me 2 towels (the room only had 2) because she only had me as one person in the room. In the future I should book directly with the hotel. After I'm told many times she couldn't give me towels, she finally said that it's an exception to give me the needed 2 towels. I only knows about this hotel because I used the Expedia, and I feel I was lectured for no proper reasons. If they don't have a good relations with Expedia, please remove your hotel from their site, and if you continue, please work your communications with Expedia. Please do not punish the guests for we have no understanding of your situations. Thank you.

Stayed three nights. The first night we had bed bugs and got lots of bites. The third night our rental car was broken into in the hotel parking lot at 4am. About the worst experience possible to have at a hotel.
