Is it common procedure to zerox a customers drivers license and debit/credit card and keep it on file? A first for me and frankly in these days of identity theft it made me uncomfortable. Noisy air conditioner.

The room was clean and tidy! The staff were very friendly and helpful! There was an indoor pool and sauna that we didn't know about at the time of booking until we got there so that was definitely a bonus! Very close to Downtown Tupelo with more than plenty of options of fun things to do and great places to eat!

It's the off season I just wanted a night away from the house. Mainly I wanted a jacuzzi tub. Well, I shouldn't have brought my kids because it was in the room next to the bed and they turned it into their own personal swimming pool. I never did get my own bath. The bed was very comfortable and it had all the little amenities, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron, though I didn't need any of that. We were in the JFK suite. It smelled of mothballs and has obviously not been rented in some time. It only took a moment to air out though and the window opened to a screen. Heated and air both very efficient. The room warmed quite quickly. Cable TV, which we don't have at home so the kids liked cartoons before bed. Also the window view showed my car below so I felt much safer about that. Breakfast was in the lobby at 6am, but we were leaving so we got it to go. They had a good selection, the highlight being they had a timed waffle maker, and an oj/apple juice machine. Tons of cereal, muffins, etc. Every breakfast bread product and eggs and sausage. All in all the comfort was there and I got exactly what I needed. At a good price thanks to Orbitz.

Not giving a higher rating because they double charged on our cards for the price of our stay and we have had a hard time getting it straightened out.

This hotel is conveniently, yet quietly, located. It is a great place to relax after a day of mind-numbing driving. There are some nice restaurants located nearby. Breakfast is standard fare, but adequate. I like that this is off the beaten path by 5 minutes and quiet for a good night's rest.

This hotel is under renovation. When I first walked into the lobby you could see & smell the renovations being done. The rooms & hallway are dated & the whole inside smells like smoke. The towels feel like sand paper. Other guest arriving throughout the night were very loud as the walls are paper thin. The employees where friendly. We did not ever eat the complimentary breakfast because of the inside smell. This hotel may be in area that Mississippi is trying to build up but I will never stay here again. There are other options I felt where better like Holiday inn express, La Quinta or even the Hilton on Main Street. This was a good location to everything.

Booked a night at Baymont as we have always loved the hotels. Upon arrival lobby was under construction, dust everywhere. Gave us a room on second floor, seemed ok but no elevators? Carry everything up the stairs? Felt like a Motel 6 not a Baymont. Beds were extremely hard and pillows wafer thin. Hallway was dirty and room was a close second. Will not book another Baymont unless we have previously stayed there and definitely will not stay here again. Do yourself a favor and keep driving.

The hotel seemed to be well priced for the amenities included, but cleanliness was a problem. The room we were given was not properly cleaned from the last guests and the pool was dirty. The hotel staff was friendly, but seemed confused that we would complain that the beds had obviously been slept on by others, and that the room had not been properly turned-over. The room was non-smoking, but the floor wasn't. The stink of smoke was present when outside the room. Our overall impression was that the hotel was shabby, and that while management was attempting to improve things, the staff didn't care to keep things clean. If better effort made on presenting a clean hotel, this could easily be the best deal in Tupelo. As it is, we'll pass on it next time around.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. It was an overall great stay.

Did not expect the wonderful service we received. Staff was very helpful and the the room was comfortable and very clean. If you have to stop in Tupelo, this is the place to go.

Staff very friendly & helpful. Breakfast so so inside pool crowded near shopping

This motel was priced lower than others in area and met all our needs.

I didn't see smoking in or near the lobby but a stale smell permeates the lobby. Our non-smoking room was ok, fortunately. Hotel is a little hard to find since the tornado blew away the Baymont sign.

From the time I walked in the hotel, I was greeted with a smile and a warm hello. Check in was a breeze, even got to change my room to a non smoking room. My room was very clean room was perfect in all I am very happy! I'm actually booking there again this week for my birthday trip in march!!

Housekeeping staff was Great!! Room nice and comfortable.

Room was supposed to be non-smoking but had cigarette burns on the bedding. Mattress itself was to soft, needs to be replaced. Bathroom was dirty. The stool was not fastened to the floor, wanted to tip over. Internet didn't work very well, had to leave room to get it to work. Hot tub and pool were filthy and moldy, not to mention to hot at 110. Got turned down, but no help to us at this point. I was told management would contact me about the room, but never heard from them. We will never stay at this property again.

I have stayed here twice. This is where I stay when I visit my son at Ole Miss. Near nice restaurants, clean rooms and courteous staff. Nice indoor pool too. It is about 45 minutes from the campus.

Other than the knocking pipes, clean comfortable room. Excelent staff, would stay again.

The room was spotless, beds were very comfortable. The hotel is in the perfect place only two miles from the mall and many other attractions.

My daughter and I stayed at the Baymont for two nights. The room was great, the staff was very friendly and the location was ideal. The fitness room needs a little work but that's not why we were there. They also have a decent indoor pool.
