The Space:

Designed for families and groups traveling together, the home offers generous shared living spaces while allowing each guest to enjoy privacy and comfort.

Located above Mamazul Tulum Restaurant Mezcalería, the penthouse places guests within walking distance of restaurants and cafés while maintaining privacy within the residence. Beaches, cenotes, nightlife, and Tulum’s main attractions are all easily reachable within a short drive.

The highlight of the home is the private rooftop terrace, where guests gather around the pool, cook together, and enjoy relaxed sunset evenings without leaving home. This open-air space naturally becomes the meeting point for meals, drinks, and group moments throughout the stay.

The home spans multiple levels. The bedroom level hosts all six private sleeping suites, while the rooftop level serves as the main social area with kitchen, dining area, terrace lounge, and private pool.

The rooftop terrace includes a swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, bar, dining spaces, and lounge areas designed for outdoor living, making it the main gathering space of the home.

Access to the penthouse requires stair use, as the building does not have an elevator.

The penthouse is located within a pedestrian zone. Street parking is available very close to the entrance, followed by a short walk to the building access gate where self check-in is available via lockbox.

Detailed arrival instructions are shared before check-in to ensure a smooth arrival experience.

Within the building, the ground level hosts Mamazul Tulum Restaurant Mezcalería, upper levels host the bedrooms, and the rooftop level contains the kitchen, terrace, and private pool.
