Ideal for R&R
My fist solo trip was amazing and this villa made it that way. Perfectly nestled in the jungle area,
This villa has two bedrooms but is perfect for a solo stay or a couples relaxing retreat for adults only. What I enjoyed most about the property was the quietness, the private pool and the private soaking tub!!! I used disinfectant wipes to thoroughly clean it out before using and it did not disappoint. It fit me and my 6 foot guest perfectly.
There were enough pots/pans and flatware for at least four guests.
I rented a rental car to get around but you should know that it gets really dark and service isn’t the best so always have your map pulled up before leaving a good service area or you may get lost with no cell service.
There are taxis all around though.
My only complaints: The walls should be cleaned for the staining that has happened over time from other guests. It didn’t seem as clean as it should have been.
Upstairs linens on the bed (specifically the comforter) didn’t look like it was washed or it is stained (a yellow stain) and should be replaced. Some of the white towels had stains on them.
Pool chairs could use a pillow and the pillow cover for the pool chaise should be washed clean for guests. Nothing detrimental though and I will book here again!

Loved it!
We absolutely loved our stay here! As honeymooners, it was perfect for the two of us. The condo was clean and everything worked properly. The pool was also clean and sooo cold! The concierge service always adds that extra level of comfort and feeling of safely. We had one minor issue with our check in code not delivering correctly, but Becky helped us almost immediately arriving at the condo herself. 5 stars! Recommend.

An Oasis in a popular destination of the future.
The place was right out of the webpage I viewed. Well furnished; a private pool to fend off the heat of the day; the base from with to go exploring Tulum and beyond!
The layout was very nice with more than enough space for a party of four. The bedrooms and bath were nice too. Loved the shower heads protruding from the ceilings (master and the second bedroom upstairs). Surrounded by stone and tile, you can visualize what artisans did thousands of years ago when the Tulum Ruins were just completed. Construction 🚧🏗️ was ongoing on the property but only a little noise to intrude during our stay. We stopped to see teams working on many other buildings in the complex. A short distance outside the entrance, new buildings in several phases of construction were found. The streets around these were very wide and dotted with restaurants and shops. When these properties are completed, this will be the place to come on vacation.
Only one small issue: we couldn't operate the espresso/latte machine. I believed this was operator error so we purchased a French Press at a local supermarket and the ground gourmet coffee that came with it. Perfect with the pastries we obtained in town.
Getting to the local (touristy) sites was easy. Tulum Ruins only a few Kilometers (klicks) away. Same as Tulum Beach. Having a rental car helped immensely and we managed to park in one of the few spots under cover near the front door , steps away. There was also ample parking on the main path less than 20 yards away.
Everyone was so cheerful and waved as we entered or left the property. The staff began to recognize us the first morning.
Gracias for making this a memorable trip to Mexico!

Jungle chic escape
This spot on the first floor is ideal bc it has two outdoor areas below street level that make it like a private jungle garden. Serene. Place is architecturally cool too—all the modern amenities you’d want for short or long term stay, in between the beach and the town for biking/scooter access to both. Property mgt team was also amazing-super responsive and helpful.

We didn’t end up staying in our original booking because there was a leak. The property manager assisted us in changing our reservation to a new one. The new location was much better than the first and the property manager was very accommodating. I do hope they’ll fix the piping issues in both properties and that they’ll add a full length mirror to all of their properties. The shower in the master bedroom of the new location only ran hot water. The locations conveniently located near all of the beach clubs and supermarkets. Overall an okay experience but I can’t give a proper review for this specific location due to the water leak
