The room was big and comfortable

I didn't like that I couldn't pay for food onsite with cash. If they have the prices for the menu listed then they need to allow guests to pay with cash

Excellent service, relaxing atmosphere

We had a blast going to Dreams Tulum for a destination wedding. Jesus, Angel, and Victor from the Entertainment team worked tirelessly all week to make sure everyone enjoyed their stay and had plenty of activities to participate in.

The staff was amazing, Aranza and Baby Jesus was so much fun to be around. Live bands and live entertainment every night. I would recommend friends, any couples or family to stay at this resort.

My experience and Dreams Tulum was overall good. There were a few issues with our first room, and it took awhile for them to address the issues, but once that was taken care of it was good. The food was good, and the staff was friendly.

Just spent a week here and had a great time. Understandably, some of the restaurants were not open and the food in the restaurants was pretty good. No poolside food service due to covid, no biggie. Here are my pros- Quiet location, nice grounds, lots of iguanas (my gf & I love em), great staff, no spanish-no problem, swim out room was spacious, spa area was very nice (couples massage), 2 pool areas was great, we also had access to the preferred club area which was good, the sand beach was typical Cancun with soft white sand. Here are my cons- It's remote location allows mosquitos (not the end of the world just an FYI), if you want to play in the waves it's not very fun due to mostly coral with a couple sandy bottom areas, all the staff were friendly but we had to call the operator several times for items not replaced (towels, mini bar, safe issues...not the end of the world just an fyi) and my biggest issue is was that we couldn't get chips and salsa by the pool or beach at a mexican resort. Again, not the end of the world, but very odd. Thank you to all the staff at Dreams Tulum for making our week so great!

My overall experience at the resort was ok. I was disappointed with the check in process which took 45 mins. After traveling 1 1/2 hr from the airport and hungry, we were not expecting to be standing on a line w/ just 4 people in front of us for that long. We were greeted w/ champagne, but we just wanted to get to our room and unwind.....They were super slow. As for the food, I've been to other resorts and this one was rated at the bottom. I expected them to have more restaurants and more food variety since it was all inclusive but it wasn't They said the in room service was 24 hrs...it was not and the menu was always the same. To me it was mediocre. As for the mini bar I had to keep asking them to fill it up. There was no liquor in the mini bar which was shocking and they were very cheap w/ the beer. They stocked it w/ 4 beers , 3 bottles of water and 4 sodas. One thing for sure the bell man Capt. Moses was THEE BEST!! He went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I found places to visit in town and also for a certain bottle of tequila which I couldn't find on my own. One more thing...They are not handicap accessible. No elevators just stairs every where. It's a nice resort and served its purpose for a quick getaway, but I don't think I will come back here.

Awesome resort. Great staff, food, and beautiful resort.

It's nice and well kept. Beach was beautiful and the pool area was pretty

The beach was beautiful but the floor bed of the water was too rocky

The property was overbooked according to the requirements with the local pandemic. I think they were not prepared for the large number of people that were there and did not have enough staff. We were a group of 18 and they never respected our dinner reservations. Everyday for 3 days we will show up at the restaurants and there were not tables for us to eat. It took us fighting for them to be able to give us a table to eat. The manager try to reconcile all the inconvenience we encounter by offering us a great dinner the last day we were there with great food. He really try his best to improve our impression of the hotel.

The staff was very friendly & provided excellent service. The grounds were beautiful & very well kept. The food was good. Cleanliness was spot on & I felt very comfortable even during Covid-19.
