This unfortunate situation left me with no alternative accommodations, casting a shadow over what was supposed to be a joyous holiday escape. I find it disheartening that such last-minute changes were made, impacting my plans and overall enjoyment. I strongly recommend potential guests to exercise caution when dealing with this property management company to avoid similar disappointments.
