I really liked this hotel. Great value. It’s older but has a cute beach vibe to it. Most rooms have great views for this price point and the upgraded me for free which was a nice touch. The included breakfast was great and a nice touch. The only negatives were that the WiFi in my room was terrible and they should clean the beach of sargassum and plastics. There wasn’t much but enough to be ugly so it’s an easy job for them.

It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL there!! The staff very welcoming and friendly! The room was more than what expected, clean, quiet, and private! The beach was steps away and the weather was perfect! If there's anything, i advise to make transportation to and from airport ahead of time and inquire about the seaweed(?) on the beach. It was pretty heavy when i visited, so i didn't get in the water BUT did get in the pool. I look forward to coming back!!

The view from our room was beautiful to the beach front. The staffs were the best in Coco, they went above and beyond to help us. The receptionist was really helpful. I loved how flexible the staffs were and was really sad to leave. It was a great experience staying at Coco. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Coco Unlimited. The place is beautiful and very relaxing, especially since we had the oceanfront room. The location is walkable to famous restaurants like Ilios, Vagalum, Casa Banana, etc. It’s also within walking distance of the Ven a Luz sculpture. The breakfast selection was good and the staff were awesome! Shoutout to Edith and Guillermo they were super accommodating and very helpful with our inquiries. If given the chance to go back to Tulum, we will definitely stay here again!
