The beginning of my stay was somehow rough, the bedroom we got was the lowest rate room, no windows ! I should say that shower is amazing. I was surprised because front desk did ask for official IDs in a very demanding way… not comfortable with it. Otherwise staff was very professional and attentive. Prices overall are very high.

Hotel Panamera is such a gem on Tulum Beach. The design is beautiful—the checkered pool is a total highlight—and the rooms are cozy and stylish. The food is amazing (the tacos are a must-try), and the rooftop bar is perfect for sunsets. I loved the daily yoga and the chill but vibrant vibe. The staff were super friendly and made the stay even better. Honestly, it’s one of the best spots I’ve stayed at in Tulum!

We had the best stay here! The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very simple, but have everything you need to have a great vacation. The location is great and you can walk to many places.
