At the top, you find the biggest infinity rooftop pool in Tulum with more than two thousand 5-star reviews on the Highline showing how much people love the experience! A Zen garden to relax, air-conditioned, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, sunset views, close to the beach.

Alright

Pros: cheap price, good location, nice rooftop pool, decent kitchen. Cons: owner “James” non-existent you deal with property manager with poor communication, bed too soft, pillows too hard, too much light comes through blinds at night, AC blows in your face while you sleep, back seating area not very nice. Overall get what you pay for.

Amazing host

Property was very clean and well taken care of. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable experience (coffee maker, toaster, fridge, kitchenware, etc.). Water pressure is great, which is something that can be an issue in some places but not here. There are nice restaurants within walking distance too. Local host Javier Matamoros was very responsive and accommodating whenever something needed to be taken care of. He was also helpful making recommendations on restaurants, things to do, etc. Great host and definitely made sure I had a great experience staying at the property. I would definitely recommend!

Great location and room

We loved our stay out of the craziness of the beach and downtown. We definitely heard the construction next door but we’re never at the room during working hours so it didn’t bother us. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Milo’s spicy margarita at the pizza place around the corner

Good stay - cheap and clean!

For what we paid, this space was great for our trip! It’s a little out of the way from major Tulum activities, but we rented bikes from Ola Bikes and figured it out. Overall the space was nice and host was very friendly!

Beautiful Home to Recharge at the end of the day in Tulum

We very much enjoyed our stay! The place had everything we needed and our host even provided us water, coffee, and other amenities that were so appreciated upon our arrival. There was an air conditioner and also a de-humidifier that made the apartment very comfortable. We loved the view from our room, the pool, and all of our security personnel were so friendly. It was close to the supermarket and was easy to get to downtown Tulum and the beach. We also loved the free cenote across the road from our apartment as well, definitely worth checking out! We had a small problem with the sink and James was quick to respond. He had a plumber there within 24 hours who had it fixed. We really appreciated his quick communication and the whole stay was perfect.
