The staff member was not professional. She gave me a room that had multiple stains on the carpet. After I complained of the stained room, she gave me another room in which the keys did not open the door. I went back downstairs and she gave me another set of card keys that did not open the door again. They sent the engineer up and it took him 3 different card keys to open the door. I was too tired to try to find another hotel, but it wasn't worth my money.

When we arrived we thought it was abandoned and and inhabited by homeless people. It wasn't. We inquired at the front desk if there was a microwave in the room. The guy assured us there was. There wasn't. We picked up the phone to call the front desk and, surprise, surprise. It didn't work. They advertise cable. Only about 10 channels worked. They still havn't upgraded their 1990 tvs to digital cable. The worst experience with a hotel EVER, and I used to be a traveling salesperson.

The advertisement (Pictures) must have been taken years ago. The rooms were decent but not what was show. The breakfast was worse. Mike and a honey bun. Had to wait an hour for coffee.

The wonan at the front desk didnt know what she was doing... the room was ok.. not the best.. bathroom wasnt clean and the a/c in the room didnt work... all bad! I wad there for 3hours and went elsewhere! But hey.. you get what you pay for I guess...

Cheap room, which is what we were needing. However, was looking forward to taking daughter swimming. Hotel staff told us that it was closed for cleaning. Then we found out it had been closed for 3 weeks. Elevator wasn't working when we arrived, but they did change us from 4th floor to second. At 10:30 pm someone tried opening our door and had a working key, because the hotel staff didn't change the status of the room. At midnight the front desk calls wanting to know who I am and why I am in that room. Overall bad experience, but it was cheap.

The hotel condition and amenities reflect the price of the stay. A new carpet would give a better look. Overall is ok for one night stay.

The staff was very pleasant, the room was very clean and spacious. Complimentary breakfast. We had a room poolside so the noise during the swim hours was a little loud. But overall, it was a great place for a great price.

The hotel is good to stay for one or two days. The staff is not friendly.

The hotel conditions are poor and needs to be remodel. The carpet needs to be changed. It looks too old that can't be cleaned any more. They were not able pull my reservation. They even asked if I paid for the reservation even when I provided confirmation. Poor customer service from the staff.

The motel was nothing like advertised on the internet. My first clue that something was wrong should have been the steaming hot lobby when I checked in. There was no refrigerator or microwave as promised. They did eventually bring me those things, but I had to ask for them. The motel was very dreary and dark. The fitness room was there, but the electrical equipment didn't work. There was not an ice machine in the whole place that worked, other than behind the front desk. I had to go ask for wash rags every evening because the maids wouldn't leave clean ones. The first morning, the rag I used had big grease stains on it. The television service was very limited; no Fox News, movies, special interest, or any local channels whatsoever, maybe 10 channels in all. The only semi-positive thing I can say about the hotel is that the wireless internet was good; when it worked! One last parting shot. I'm not much of a drinker, but I don't expect to have to pay the price of a bottle of Jack Daniels for a Jack and Coke. The little lounge was alright, but not very appealing and the bartender left a lot to be desired...I wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone who can afford better.
