Very pleasant experience. Was only in town a few days and the hotel was perfect. Close to the airport. Each day I was able to come back and relax at the pool

Hotel staff very nice but the plumbing is noisy. I could hear other rooms turning on and off the water to the point I had to change rooms.

Would have been nice to have a Continental breakfast available. Had a nice dining room but I did not want to take the time.

It was an ok experience. There was some good some bad about this hotel.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. It is located very close to the airport, so you do hear planes, but that does not bother us. The grounds are very nice and our room was typical of a Best Western type room. A pleasant surprise was the mini fridge, which is not typical. The pool and surrounding area are very nice and we enjoyed that part very much. However, we arrived late on a Sunday night, so decided to go the bar and grill in the hotel. Big mistake. We ordered a regular salad and a Caesar salad. The caesar salad was made from the tops of some romaine lettuce, very limp and smothered in dressing. My hubby loves dressing, so for him to complain was highly unusual. I received a large turkey topped salad. When I pointed this out, they made me a new one without turkey. We ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with turkey on it for dinner. When it came out, the bread was toasted and the turkey and cheese were cold. No melting in sight. The fries were decent. We sent the sandwich back. The breakfast was ok. They used powdered eggs, but so do most of these type breakfasts. To wrap up, we truly enjoyed our stay, all except for the dinner we had on Sunday night. The staff was very helpful and always answered our questions with a smile. Brownie points for that!

Hotel seems old. Keys don't work well also you can hear everything. Staff are not friendly.

We were forced to stay in a room that smelled very badly of cigarette smoke.

I was picked for a 4 day jury, this hotel was great, I was able to have breakfast before appearing downtown for court. Not fancy, but comfortable.

We spent 2 nights at the property. The location is a very quick 2 minutes from the airport. We were lucky the hotel restaurant was still ope when we arrived and were able to grab a bite & a cool drink before it closed. The full breakfast in the morning was convenient and plenty of choices. The staff was efficient and friendly, quick response (the hot tub wouldn't turn on - the maintenance fellow responded quickly & got the pump reset in less than 5 minutes). The one thing that wasn't the best is the in room air conditioner - runs constantly, so there is an amount of noise from that. The restaurant is not open mid-day for lunch, so you're on your own for drinks etc.

Having stayed here the first of 2015 we were excited about returning in October, however, they didn't have our reservation, they sent us to two rooms that were not cleaned or had the beds made. It was run down and dirty, and they didn't give us any kind of discount for all the trouble that we went through. The breakfast was very disappointing as well We won't be staying here again, which is sad because we love the location and really like our previous stay.

The hotel accommodations were okay to very good. However, the hotel staff and management had communication issues and some staff lacked proper training in properly processing my reservation. This led to staffing entering my room unauthorized and attempting to lock me out due to not properly verifying my credit card payment for my reservation. I complained to staff and requested to speak with a manager. I left request for manager to contact me to discuss - but manager never contacted me before checking out. I will never stay at this Best Western Tucson hotel again.

Everything was fine but for the fact that almost everything needs to be renewed. And the AC's in the bedroom are very noisy, recycling every few minutes. The bathrooms are small and the tubs slippery. The water quality is terrible (not their fault, this was Tucson!) The place just felt outdated. It was virtually empty while every other major motel/hotel on the strip looked crammed to the hilt.

Room was fine, but hallway had funky odor and only one ice machine was working... Of course it was the furthest from my room

Amazing Staff, Comfortable and clean beds. Nice and quiet even though it was near airport

Great staff good room close to airport. Nothing but good things to say about stay.

Excellent location if you want to be close to the airport, and bed was really comfy.

Veryy nice staff!! Clean rooms! Asked to get down stairs and they accomodated my needs! My kids love to stay there

Simply I chose to stay here for the proximity to the airport and the "stay and fly" option, which allows you to park your car on the premises while you are away,as long as you stay the night before your departure. This was perfect for me as I live over an hour from the airport and had an early flight to catch. I did not want to hassle with getting up extra early, driving, parking the car and being at check in two hours prior. Staying here was stress free and I will do it again for any early morning flights or late night arrivals I might have.

...Make sure that restaurant is open! After a long day of travel and without ground transportation of my own, I chose this location based solely on its mention of having a restaurant and lounge on the premises. Once I arrived, however, I was informed that the restaurant was closed - on a Friday night - because "the owner was at a bike rally in Phoenix." The clerk tried to be helpful, suggesting that I order in from a local sandwich franchise... that, alas, had closed three hours earlier. So, I was stuck with ordering from Domino's. Apart from that, the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, but IMO the restaurant owner needs to get his priorities straight. When you own a business you should always ensure it is there to support your customers. If no one else is available to do that, then skip your bike rally.

Well located for the places we wanted to visit. An exceptionally nice place. Quiet. clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great also. Had friends visit us who also commented on how nice it was
