Hotel Dingy

The check in was long, couldn't find our res. We had to prove our res via our hotels.com app. No elevator, room on 2nd floor. Door missing to downstairs hallway. Indian food restaurant smelled sour, and restaurant was not inviting. Staff not friendly. Pool locked. Hot tub water was green. Room was outdated. A few towels. Sheets for sofa bed worn and dingy. A mouse showed up on the end table, next to sofa bed, he was as scared as us when we yelled in alarm. He was the only thing cute about the room. Property was dingy. Hallways were dark. No ice machines. Front desk never answered phone. Check out involved a question on our bill that should have been zero, they promised to fix it. This property sucked!!!!! No nice way to put it. It was horrible.

It was horrible service then they never cleaned my room … and so when I asked for towels they never brought them up until I called again … i have a disability and there’s no elevators so I asked if I could move to a first floor they said no because the handicap one was taken I understood that but couldn’t give me another room the door the safety was broken and the hotel was hot

The room I stayed in was clean, but needs a few issues to be addressed. Some of the floor tiles were loose with crumbling grout in the entrance. The bath tub needs safety strips (so as to be less slippery when getting in). In all, while certainly comfortable, the room could use some maintenance.

For the most part it was alright. We asked for suttle ride to the airport,we even checked on it the night before, but when we got to l the lobby in the morning they said they had not record of it. They did make it right and got us to the airport in time.

The girls at hotel when IK called about pool says they adding chemicia too pool and hot tub we get there it was sad HotTub hasn't been clean in months it didn't work lots trash in in it ,, girl at Desk laugh as customers complain about it ,,Didnt care at all ..then says its Manger Fault will not be staying here again .. The 2 guys at night working the front Desk was very Nice ..

Staff is very unhelpful, they are just there to make money not for customer service. Will never stay here again. We traveled with our young kids and they wanted to go swimming and we couldn’t as the pool was green and the management told us oh no it’s ok to use it.

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The Wyndham just took over a couple of months ago, you can see the changes and updates are in progress. It is a great location. It is a big hotel, you can see that it used to be an active place for conventions but the up keep was left behind at some point, so now Wyndham has taken over and trying to revive it. I hope they keep going with the updates and improvements as it is a great location!

The staff here were great, shuttle service and even allowed early check in. But the amenities were lacking, the ice machines were down, hot tub is advertised but it was totally unkempt and moldy/green. Price was affordable so can’t complain much, free breakfast waffles at the Indian restaurant was great as well
