This home features a split floor plan, 9 foot high ceilings with a formal dining room, living room, and a large kitchen opening to the family room. The kitchen has high-end stainless steel appliances, gas stove, extended counter tops, cherry-wood cabinetry, breakfast eating area and a charming backyard.

The master suite has a garden tub and separate shower. Sliding doors from master opens to a relaxing oasis waterfall. This backyard has mountain views, an extended patio, custom lighting, 3 ceiling fans, 2 outdoor heaters, outdoor full kitchen with sink, a large Twin Eagles BBQ grill with dual side burners, flagstone eating area with bar stools, and cozy seating next to a fireplace.
