La Siesta de Tucson from Park Place

La Siesta de Tucson, 3-bedroom 3-bathroom casita is fully furnished and equipped for a vacation rental in a super central location near Broadway and Wilmont behind Park Place. Situated in a quiet neighborhood with easy access. Very fresh and clean, neat, and newly remodeled. This is my home for 6 months of out the year. The entire house is available from beginning of September to end of May . The house is separate from any other buildings - and does not share any walls with other units. The back porch is furnished with table and chairs. The outdoor with a grill is available for guest to use. I'm around and available if anything comes up, however, I generally leave guests to enjoy their own space. I'm happy to answer any questions and provide any info. Other things to note: La Siesta de Tucson is located on a peaceful community.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Monica was a wonderful host! The property is perfect for our dog as well as for us. Fantastic way to spend the winter months away from the cold Minnesota weather. The house is fantastic, well stocked and in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard is a dream, totally fenced in and private. Nice grill, firepit, and lounging areas including a great gazebo. Ping pong was fun, fireplace was great. Kitchen was unbelievably fantastic, had everything we needed and more. The king-size bed was comfy. The landscaping is incredible. Plenty of room to park.
