Room was clean and spacious, housekeeping was every other day which is fine with me. I really enjoyed sitting by the fireplace on the patio in the evenings, the church across the street provides a lovely scene. Staff was friendly and helpful, gym was clean and inviting.

Everything was great except the pillows And the water pressure. Pillows had sharp zippers that cut my face in the night and seemed worn out. Water pressure I. The shower was like showering in a mist.

Staff was super friendly and check-in was a breeze, even on a super busy weekend. They also had a separate but still attached garage for oversized vehicles which was really helpful since we were in a taller truck due to anticipated rain that weekend. Breakfast was yummy - kids loved the waffles. Thank you for a great stay!

First time in Tucson and I am glad we ended up in this place. I like having the kitchen. The hot breakfast is decent. Cleaning is evey other day. I was fine with the schedule, but one of days, the cleaning staff did not show up so I knocked off a Star. Location and proximity to the street car makes this place a desirable place to stay.

We absolutely love this hotel and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else when visiting Tucson. The staff is incredible—always welcoming and attentive—and the rooms are kept as clean as possible. Each morning, the same friendly face greets us at breakfast, and the kitchen staff does a great job making sure everything is well-stocked and fresh. The only small issue we noticed was the carpeting in the rooms—it could use a deep cleaning, as we noticed some discoloration when wearing white socks. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful as always. We look forward to our next stay!
